My name is Candace and I’m a transplant to the good ole south. I grew up in the frozen north and decided I had enough snow to last me a lifetime so I very cunningly convinced a southern man to marry me and take me away. So here I am living thousands of miles away from my family, creating a new family and life which includes two beautiful girls and a brood of southern in-laws to boot (whom I love very much, ahem). In the past five years I have done some things I never thought I would do; be a stay-at-home-Mom, learned to love domestic life, watch – no, fall in love with college football, and habitually say “y’all”.  Life always surprises me and this is going to be a place where I document the blessings that God has poured out on me and the ways in which he has filled my cup.
